The 0.8 Module (32 Pitch) 14T–50T Concentric Compound Spur Gear is a precision-machined, one-piece hardened steel gear designed for compact, high-performance gear reduction systems. Manufactured from a single steel billet and hardened after machining, it delivers exceptional strength, rigidity and durability under high torque and impact loads.
Unlike welded or press-fit compound gears, its monoblock construction eliminates weak joints, providing superior reliability and consistent power transmission in demanding applications.
Designed with a 14-tooth pinion and a 50-tooth spur gear on the same axis, this compound gear is ideal for creating compact reduction stages. CNC-machined weight-relief pockets and lightening holes reduce rotating mass, improving acceleration and efficiency without compromising strength.
This gear is an excellent choice for sumo robots, combat robots, battle robots, custom gearboxes, robotics competitions and high-performance mechanical drive systems.
